Of course! Jackie aka “The Candy Queen” is the mastermind of this cool new concept and loves to meet our guests. Her presence in the store depends on her schedule. We recommend following our social media pages for updates on any special activities and events where she will be available to connect in person.

So much good, fun stuff. Candy naturally. Basically, anything you can think of from gummies, chocolates, confections and more! You can also choose from a variety of candy-themed merchandise and apparel. We are a great place to buy birthday, bachelor/bachelorette, mitzvah, housewarming and more gifts that will bring joy to anyone who receives them. We also offer a variety of unique gift boxes, candy assortments, select party supplies and small balloon bouquets. 

Our hope is to eventually have all of our goodies online available for pickup or shipment around the world, but we are working to make the in-store experience PERFECT before we do that. Right now, there are a few select items that you can buy online for gifts and parties at home. Sign up to receive email updates as we grow, and you’ll be the first to know as we expand our online selections. 

About Celebrate@Candified:

You can book your party through our website. Visit the Celebrate@Candified section and follow the prompts to schedule your event and someone will get back to you to finalize all of the details and customizations. Alternatively, and if you don’t see the availability you are looking for, you can contact us directly at (562) 588-9008 and we will work with you.

Our on-site event space can comfortably accommodate up to 20 Creators. For larger parties, please contact us to discuss how we can accomodate.

Yes, we do offer offsite services. Please contact us to discuss available activities and arrangements.

Typically, parties are confined to the Creator’s Studio and our lounge.  However, arrangements can be made for larger parties to utilize more space in the store. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

Yes, the entire Candified store can be rented for special events for $1,200/hour. Contact us to discuss availability and pricing.

While we do offer a variety of treats, and we have a list of vendor partners to make your party amazing, you may bring additional food and beverages. Please note that any external food must comply with our store policies and be preapproved.

  • 2 HOUR block of our Creator Birthday Studio for the duration of your event.
  • This will be a private space for your celebration only. 
  • We have 3 options – all depending on number of kids/creators
    • CELEBRATE #1 – Up to 10 creators
    • CELEBRATE #2 – Up to 15 creators
    • CELEBRATE #3 – Up to 20 creators

The guest count does not include parents – only Creators.  For those who book the Celebrate! packages, we also have a private lounge where you can provide snacks, food, and beverages and this space also leads to our guest’s restroom.

We do try to limit the number of chaperones to 4 – but we can be flexible if needed. 

We are also happy to accommodate musical requests. We typically play a variety of contemporary Top 40 Pop hits that are kid & family friendly.

  • Party arrives in a ready/ set party space. You can add on any of our upgrades like cotton candy, gift bags, stuffed animals, balloons or decor, or you can provide your own as well.
  • First 30 minutes Creation Station #1
  • Brief clean up (hand washing time) and set up for activity 
  • Creation Station # 2 
  • Clean up (hand washing time)
  • Bring out food/cake
  • Sing Happy Birthday!
  • Presents & group pictures in our Insta/social areas

In terms of themes – if you give us at least 10 days notice – we can do virtually anything (Unicorns, Rainbows, Barbie, Paw Patrol, etc…) otherwise we can do a color scheme theme.

You can book online or a Candyologist can sign up for you using our iPad.

About Create@Candified:

Absolutely, while your kids enjoy our activities, you can browse our store or relax in our designated seating area if not already occupied.

Children aged 3-11 can participate in the Creation Stations as long as a parent or legal guardian (aged 18+) is with them and a liability waiver has been signed. Children 3-11 will be limited to certain Creation Station activities because younger children may be tempted to sample arts and crafts supplies.  Children aged 12-17 can participate unaccompanied but must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian prior to visiting (these can be filled out here) or at the store.  

Every candy artist who plans to participate must have a signed liability waiver specific to our Candified Inc. location. If the participant is under 18, the waiver MUST be sweetly signed by their parent or legal guardian. 

Waivers for birthday parties and group events are valid for the specific day of the event; they are not stored in our system for future use. Once we receive a valid Candified waiver from a walk-in customer and we input it into our system, that participant won’t need to bring another waiver for a full, fun-filled year.

Hop over to our website to download the waiver or fill it out electronically. In case of any doubt, please bring a new waiver or give us a call ahead of time to check if your waiver is still good as gold.

Our activities typically last about an hour. However, some activities or workshops may run longer. The duration will be noted on the description of each activity.

Yes, we offer take-home kits so you can enjoy the Create@Candified experience at home. Inquire with one of our Team Members or Candyologists. 

Children aged 3 and above are welcome to participate in most activities and those 3-11 must be accompanied by an adult. Certain activities or workshops may have different age requirements, which will be clearly stated in the description.

Creation Stations offer drop-in activities that can be completed in one visit, while workshops are more structured and may require more time to complete a project.

Absolutely, everyone is welcome to attend our workshops. Whether you’re alone or with a group, we’re sure you’ll have a great time.

Reservations are highly recommended to ensure we have a spot for you. However, walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.

Our Creation Stations are DIY (do-it-yourself), but we’ll give you instructions on how everything works upon arrival. We have step-by-step guides of our most popular designs, and Team Members/Candyologists are always eager to share tips and tricks and answer questions. Even if you don’t fancy yourself a candy artist, it’s easier than you think to make beautiful, fun, cool looking Creations. We will be introducing Guided Workshops – that are up to 2 hours – later in the year. 

If you’re running late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, if you miss your reservation, we’ll work with you to reschedule, based on availability.

You can! As long as it is not an edible item. T-shirts, hats, jeans, jackets, bags are fine. You will still be charged our base price for candification! 

Yes. We are currently only accepting reservations for up to 12 guests at any one booking, unless you book a Celebrate package.. That includes people who are creating. Unfortunately, we cannot accept ANY additional guests not accounted for in your reservation at this time.

No need to order in advance, you can let us know your order once you arrive.

If you have to cancel, we will charge only for the credit card processing fee and will refund the balance. When you do have to cancel, and aren’t able to reschedule, as a courtesy to other guests who might otherwise be turned away, we kindly request as much notice as possible.

We want you to have a great time CREATING, so we ask that the items that you create (with the exception of Candy Sushi, Candy Kebobs, Candy Cookie Pizzas and Geode Cookies – items intended to be created for consumption and noted as such) be created for aesthetic and display purposes only and not be consumed on or offsite.

About Catering & Private Events:

Absolutely, we work closely with you to customize your event, from the theme to the menu, to make it uniquely yours.

We cater events throughout Orange, LA, Riverside, San Diego and Ventura Counties. We’ll even do select events in Vegas, baby! Note depending on the location of the event, additional charges may apply.

General Information

Yes, we offer gift cards in various denominations. These can be purchased in store or online. Please note that Candified Gift Cards can only be used in store and are non-refundable. 

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on food items. Non-food items can be returned within 14 days of purchase, with a receipt and in their original condition.

We are working to get these online and until then, you can simply ask one of our Team Member/Candyologist and they’ll provide you a list of ingredients by item. 

Yes! We have something for everyone. Most items will be labeled as such, but if you don’t see what you want, please ask a Team Member/Candyologist. 

While we do offer some allergy-friendly products, our store handles common allergens such as peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, and gluten.

Yes, Candified is fully wheelchair accessible.

Yes, there are several public parking lots within a short walking distance of our store and lots of metered parking in the area. Download the Passport Parking App on your phone to make it easy peasy.

Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability and Waiver

By signing this Sweet Delights and Bites Adventure Consent (this “Consent”), I, on behalf of my kiddo (the “Candified Guest”), am saying ‘YES’ to participate in the outrageously fun and delightful activities (“Creation Stations”) offered by Candified, Inc., a California-based sweet spot (“Candified”). I assure you that I have the power to give this Consent as the Candified Guest’s parent or legal guardian, and I willingly accept all the adventures and surprises that come with Creation Stations and the sampling of the goodies we make.

I’m well aware that the creative activities involve a pinch of risks, such as unexpected slips, accidental nicks, food allergies, and other unforeseen events that might pop up during our Candy Creation journey. By signing this document, I willingly accept all risks tied to our Candified Guest’s involvement in Creation Stations and the tasting of our sweet masterpieces and am sharing any crucial medical information with the friendly folks at Candified including food allergies or diet specifics for our Candified Guest or myself. Please note that Candified isn’t responsible for any tummy upsets or health issues that might occur from sampling any of the edible treats from our Creation Stations.

Candified Creation Stations might not be a perfect match for everyone, like those with food allergies, budding chefs under 18, or individuals with conditions influenced by their diet. We recommend a quick chat with your doctor if you have any food-related concerns. I acknowledge that certain creations crafted by Candified may be more visually captivating than suitable for consumption, and I hereby release Candified from any liability in the event that our esteemed Candified Guest chooses to playfully indulge in such non-edible masterpieces.

In appreciation for allowing our Candified Guest to partake in Creation Stations, I agree to release, indemnify, defend, protect and hold harmless Candified and its Candyologists (members, managers, officers, owners, employees, agents, contractors, representatives, volunteers, interns, insurers) from any and all complaints, demands, or legal actions (including attorney’s fees) connected to Candified or Creation Stations. If any disagreements take a legal turn, we agree to sort things out in arbitration, and any resulting decision shall be final and binding.

We are a very social place! And while we’re making sweet memories, Candified might decide to snap some pics or record our Candy Creation journey. As a little extra sweetness to the Creation Stations experience, I’m okay with Candified capturing and reusing our Candified Guest’s voice, image, and likeness through photos, videos, or any other recording methods. Candified can use these captured moments as they wish, and I confirm that Candified owns the copyright to such content. I also relinquish any claim to royalties or other benefits connected to Candified’s use of such content and release any rights to publicity or privacy tied to it.

This Consent outlines the whole understanding between Candified, its team, and me. It stands strong, not influenced by any promises or declarations made by any of Candified’s crew. Governed by California law, this Consent, which affects the legal rights of our Candified Guest and myself, is being signed by me on behalf of our Candified Guest, and also binds their successors to its terms.
